On 9 December 2016, His Excellency Mr. Don Pramudwinai, Minister of Foreign Affairs, hosted a Luncheon in honour of His Excellency Mr. Hun Many, Member of National Assembly of Cambodia, Kampong Spue province and President of the Union Youth Federations of Cambodia and his Cambodian delegation who are visiting the Kingdom of Thailand during 8 – 12 December 2016. The delegation also includes His Excellency Mr. Sar Sokha, Member of National Assembly of Cambodia, Prey Veng province, and Her Excellency Mrs. Ban Sreymum, Member of National Assembly of Cambodia, Pailin province and other delegates from Ministry of Mine and Energy of Cambodia, Phnom Penh International University, and the Union Youth Federations of Cambodia.

During the luncheon, the participants expressed interest in enhancing activities and cooperation between the young generations of both countries to help move forward the current and future cooperation.  They also expressed appreciation to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for extending invitation to visit Thailand.

After the luncheon, the Cambodian delegation paid a courtesy call on His Excellency General Prayut Chan-o-cha, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Thailand, at the Government House.  During the call, the Prime Minister highlighted the roles of the emerging leaders in the promotion of potential cooperation and the well - being of Thai - Cambodian peoples.

On 10 – 11 December 2016 the Cambodian delegation will be visiting Krabi province and Phang Nga province for the study visits on various fields such as the community development projects, the OTOP village, tourism management and the management of marine national parks in Thailand before returning to Cambodia on 12 December 2016.
