ด้วยวันที่ ๒๖ กรกฎาคม ๒๕๕๗ เป็นวันครบรอบ ๑๖๗ ปี แห่งวันประกาศเอกราช (Independent Day) ซึ่งถือเป็นวันชาติของสาธารณรัฐไลบีเรียด้วย หัวหน้าคณะรักษาความสงบเรียบร้อยแห่งชาติ (คสช.) ได้มีสารแสดงความยินดีถึงนาง Ellen Johnson Sirleaf ประธานาธิบดีไลบีเรีย และ ปลัดกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ปฏิบัติราชการแทนรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศได้มีสารถึงนาย Augustine Kpehe Ngafuan รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ เนื่องในโอกาสดังกล่าว ดังนี้
